The Savoy style sett – Wolf & Badger @ LFW

Back in 2009, Wolf & Badger spotted a niche in the fashion market, proving that innovation and independent aspirational lifestyle brands are natural bedfellows.  The London marketplace caters for anything and everything, from powerhouse brands to market stall start ups. But in the accessible fashion capital of the world, it can be difficult for new entrants to make their presence known. Wolf & Badger created the perfect solution to this eternal dilemma facing new designers by brokering access to an audience of exacting fashionistas through easy to access, familiar boutique sales channels.

Ms Button’s interpretation of the ethos of Wolf & Badger is that it encapsulates innovation by supporting emerging talent whilst providing distinction and flair that the fledgling labels would not have been able to readily establish by using their own platform.

Today’s new designer showcase event at The Savoy hotel was a wonderful opportunity to celebrate the launch of Wolf & Badger’s The Sett publication whilst interacting directly with the designers of some of the most beautiful and wearable pieces Ms Button has come across for some time. All too often pieces by independent designers are aesthetically beautiful and intricate but also completely unwearable in real life, but the designers selected by Wolf & Badger will fit seamlessly into your wardrobe. We will be buttoning more details of the ones to watch very soon!
